Visa Fees

Visa Fees applicable w.e.f. 19th January 2009 for various visa types are listed in the table below. The fees for all categories of visas, i.e. Tourist, Business or transit visa are:

The above mentioned Visa Fee is to be paid by a Demand Draft in favour of the “Royal Danish Embassy” payable at New Delhi.

Note: Exemption of Visa Fee for a child is only applicable in the case of Short Term category, if the child’s age is less than 6 years at the date of submission.

‘The visa fee is subject to change without notice’

All Green Card applicants and their dependants are required to pay the following verification charges at the time of submitting their application:

Verification Charges for Green Card applicant – Rs. 7170.00 per applicant (Inclusive of taxes)

Verification Charges for dependants of Green Card holder/applicant – Rs. 2068.00 per dependant (Inclusive of taxes)

(Verification charges have to be paid in cash at the time of submitting the application)

VFS Service charge

Applicants applying at the Danish Visa Application Centre shall be levied a service charge of Rs. 607/- (inclusive of service tax & education Cess) payable in cash.

Please Note:

• Alternate option for payment of visa fees available at the center at a service charge of Rs.56 (inclusive of service tax) per applicant.
• The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice
• The fee is non-refundable
• There is an optional courier facility available at Rs.200/- (Inclusive of Service Tax) per application.
